Terms of service
1. Merchant. The Darling online store is operated by Darling 7 Ltd. („Дарлинг 7“ ООД), Company ID (EIK) 206094211, registered office: 1 Han Asparuh St., Svishtov, Bulgaria, phone +359 89 336 1670, email darling7.sv@gmail.com. Supervisory authority: Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (KZP), www.kzp.bg.
2. Orders and contract. An order is placed by adding products to the cart and completing checkout. The sales contract is concluded upon the order confirmation sent to the customer's email. Guest checkout is always available — no registration required.
3. Prices. All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and Bulgarian leva (BGN) at the fixed rate 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN, VAT included. Delivery cost is not included in product prices and is shown separately before completing the order.
4. Payment. We accept: (a) cash on delivery; (b) card payment online. With cash on delivery you may inspect the goods before paying.
5. Delivery. We ship with the Econt and Speedy courier companies, to your address or to a courier office, as described in the Shipping policy.
6. Right of withdrawal. Consumers may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, under Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. Details and exceptions — in the Return policy.
7. Legal guarantee. All goods come with a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Bulgarian consumer law. In case of non-conformity the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination as provided by law.

9. Alternative dispute resolution. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to the General Conciliation Commission at the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg).
10. Personal data. We process personal data as described in the Privacy policy.
11. Applicable law. Bulgarian law applies to all matters not covered by these terms.
