Shipping policy

Couriers. We deliver with Econt and Speedy — to your address or to a courier office/locker, your choice at checkout.

Cost. Delivery is charged at the courier's tariff based on parcel weight and size, shown before you complete the order. Orders over €77 / 150.60 BGN ship free.

Times. Orders placed by 3:00 PM on a business day ship the same day. Typical delivery time is 1–2 business days anywhere in Bulgaria.

Cash on delivery. You can pay on receipt, and you have the right to inspect the parcel before paying.

Problem with your parcel? If it arrives damaged, refuse it or draw up a damage report with the courier and call us right away at phone +359 89 336 1670, email darling7.sv@gmail.com — we'll sort it out with priority.

Store pickup. Free pickup from our store at 1 Han Asparuh St., Svishtov is coming soon.
