Data we collect. (a) Order data: names, delivery address, phone, email, order contents; (b) account data if you create an account; (c) email address for the newsletter; (d) technical data and cookies necessary for the store to work.

Purposes and legal bases. Performance of the sales and delivery contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); legal obligations — accounting and tax reporting (Art. 6(1)(c)); marketing messages only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time with one click in the email.

Recipients. Data is shared only with: Shopify (the store platform), the Econt/Speedy couriers (for delivery), payment service providers (for card payments) and for accounting purposes. We do not sell personal data.

Retention. Order data — per statutory accounting periods (up to 10 years); newsletter — until consent is withdrawn; account data — until the account is deleted.
