Return & exchange policy

14-day right of withdrawal. You may return a product without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it (Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). Just let us know within that period at phone +359 89 336 1670, email darling7.sv@gmail.com — free-form text or the standard withdrawal form (Annex 6 of the Act).

Conditions. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, with all labels and accessories. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless we delivered a wrong or defective product — then we cover it.

Refunds. We refund the amount paid (including standard delivery) within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you prove you have sent them. Card payments are refunded to the card; cash-on-delivery payments to a bank account you provide.

Exceptions (Art. 57): sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons; custom-made goods; perishable goods.

Exchanges. Want another size, colour or simply something else? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange with a single delivery, darling.

Warranty claims. All goods carry a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. In case of a defect contact us — repair, replacement or refund under the conditions of the law.
