Which couriers do you ship with?
Econt or Speedy — to your address or to a courier office, your choice at checkout.
How much is delivery?
Charged at the courier's rate based on parcel weight. Orders over €77 / 150.60 BGN ship free.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed by 3:00 PM ship the same business day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.
Payment
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes — cash on delivery, a classic. You can open and inspect the parcel before paying. We accept cards online too.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT and are shown in both euro and leva.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days from delivery, no fuss — as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging.
